Fabiola Galindo is an independent journalist, documentary maker, producer and podcaster. Currently a freelance correspondent based in New York her television reporting work has aired in Televisa-Univision Networks, Fusion, NY1 Spectrum, WAPA TV, Ecuavisa, Andina TV and numerous radio stations in Latin America. She has led coverage on major stories including the COVID-19 pandemic reporting from the first epicenter in the U.S., live reports from the historic Black Lives Matter protests in NYC, Newark and Philadelphia, the unprecedented deadly flash floods in the northeast, abortion rights, immigration rights, presidential elections of 2016 and 2020, border crossings in the north with Canada among many more.
Galindo is the co-host of podcast “Pulso y Péndulo” by The Lost Debate combating polarization and debunking fake news. In her past life she worked as a local news anchor and transportation beat reporter for the only 24 hours Spanish language television station in the big apple. She is a voice talent for audio works and is currently developing a mobile documentary on the lives of internally displaced refugees in the places she traveled to in Ukraine during the beginning of the Russian invasion. Fabiola lives in Queens, NY. She loves bagel prices and the subway. But you will mostly find her riding her bike across NYC bridges and public parks.
